The Angel Bakery opened in December 2016 and is located on 50 Cross Street, across from The Angel Hotel.
The bakery is open Wednesday – Saturday from 9.00am – 2.00pm.
Our bakers use organic flours, French butter and long fermentation processes to make sourdough & enriched breads, pastries, cakes and pasties. All items produced go straight from the oven to our shop, throughout the day.
Every single item at The Bakery is made by hand, with passion and commitment to quality and flavour so that our guests enjoy eating our food as much as we enjoy making it.
