How we do it.

Our process.

Our breads and pastries are made with flours and grains from skilled British millers and growers. The sourdough breads are entirely naturally leavened in a 36-hour process which best allows the flavours to develop.

Nothing is rushed at The Angel Bakery, so our pastries and enriched breads have a lightness of crumb and real depth of flavour.
