About Us

We opened our doors in 2016, with a staff of just two bakers, making and selling long-fermented sourdough breads and pastries directly from our bakery in the heart of Abergavenny. Since then, our team has grown to a skilled and passionate staff of 20, as we continue to supply our local community as well as wholesale customers across Monmouthshire, Cardiff and Bristol.
